1. “I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH” — Self-devaluation
This is the strongest match for the poster’s self-worth / inadequacy section.
EFT Tapping for Anxiety Relief & Self-Worth — Mahesha Rice
It specifically works on feeling unworthy, perfectionism, self-doubt and “not good enough.” (YouTube)

Use for:
- “I am not good enough”
- “I don’t have enough value”
- Feeling inferior
- Comparison
- Perfectionism
- Shame
2. “I DON’T LIKE MYSELF” — Body image / shame
EFT Tapping for Self Image & Self Acceptance — Eflowtion Support Services
This is an unusually good match for the poster because it specifically addresses negative self-perception, shame, self-judgment, self-worth and body acceptance. (YouTube)

Use for:
- “I don’t like myself”
- Dislike of body/appearance
- Shame
- Self-criticism
- Feeling unworthy
- Past mistakes
3. “I HAVE FAILED” — Failure / disappointment / self-criticism
For this section I’d use the self-worth video above, particularly the portions dealing with perfectionism and feeling that nothing is ever enough. Its stated focus includes fear of not being good enough and shifting from self-doubt toward self-worth. (YouTube)
A better approach for your own Healers Connect content would actually be to create a separate EFT script specifically around:
“I failed.”
“I disappointed myself.”
“I am a loser.”
“I should have done better.”
“I am carrying the shame of what happened.”
That would fit your GHK presentation much better than a generic weight-loss affirmation.
4. “I AM ALONE / I DON’T FEEL SAFE” — Abandonment
For this part, I would not label the EFT video as treating kidney disease or water retention.
Instead, use EFT specifically for the emotional themes:
abandonment → loneliness → insecurity → lack of support → fear of survival.
I found current material specifically addressing abandonment wounds and feeling left/unseen/not enough, although the result is more of a healing discussion than a pure tapping session. (YouTube Music)
For your purposes, I would create a dedicated tapping sequence beginning:
“Even though a part of me feels completely alone…”
“Even though I don’t feel safe…”
“Even though I feel nobody is there for me…”
5. “I CAN’T SURVIVE THIS” — Overwhelm
This should be a separate EFT target, rather than “weight loss EFT.”
The sequence should work through:
“This is too much.” → “I can’t handle this.” → “I’m alone with this.” → “I need to survive.” → “Maybe I can feel safe now.”
This distinction matters because the emotional target is the perceived threat/overwhelm, not the number on the weighing scale.
6. Emotional eating / sugar cravings
This is where I found some particularly relevant videos.
EFT Tapping for Cravings — Suzannah Oakley
It specifically targets food cravings, sugar/junk-food cravings and emotional eating, and instructs the viewer to focus on the craving while tapping. (YouTube)

Another option:
EFT Tapping for Emotional Eating — Tapping with Steph
This specifically frames emotional eating as an attempt to comfort or numb difficult emotions and includes tapping around the emotional component underneath eating urges. (YouTube)
