Releasing the Fear of Starvation & Returning to Divine Abundance
(Approximately 18–20 minutes)
Welcome…
Today, this is not a meditation to heal your liver.
It is a meditation to understand why your liver may have been working so hard for you.
According to the Germanic Healing Knowledge perspective, the liver is deeply connected with survival…
With nourishment…
With abundance…
With the ancient fear…
“There won’t be enough.”
Today…
We gently release that fear.
Take a slow, deep breath…
And exhale completely.
Again…
Inhale…
Exhale…
Allow every breath to soften your shoulders…
Relax your jaw…
Relax your abdomen…
Allow your body to remember…
You are safe.
…
Silently say within…
“You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.”
Feel yourself surrendering every burden.
There is nothing to force.
Nothing to fix.
Only something to remember.
That you have never truly been separated from the Source that sustains all life.
…
Bring your awareness to your liver…
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding it.
A faithful organ…
Working every moment…
Transforming…
Filtering…
Storing…
Protecting…
Without asking for recognition.
Quietly whisper…
“Thank you for keeping me alive.”
Again…
“Thank you for serving me every single day.”
…
Now gently ask yourself…
“When did I first believe there wouldn’t be enough?”
Do not search.
Allow your subconscious to answer.
Perhaps…
A business loss.
Financial uncertainty.
Losing employment.
A failed harvest.
A difficult childhood.
Watching your parents struggle.
Feeling responsible for everyone.
Or perhaps simply a constant fear…
That life could take everything away.
Whatever appears…
Observe it with compassion.
Not judgment.
…
See your younger self standing before you.
Carrying the burden of survival.
Trying to hold everything together.
Trying to make sure everyone would be okay.
Walk toward that younger self.
Place your hands upon their shoulders.
Look into their eyes.
And gently say…
“You never had to carry the whole world.”
Pause.
Again…
“You were never alone.”
Again…
“Life has always been supporting you.”
…
Now imagine standing before the Creator.
Infinite Mercy.
Infinite Provision.
Infinite Love.
Silently pray…
“I seek forgiveness for believing that Your provision could run out.”
…
“I seek forgiveness for carrying burdens that belonged to You.”
…
“I release the fear that there is not enough.”
…
“What comes from God returns to God.”
Pause…
Let those words settle deeply.
…
Now imagine every worry…
Every unpaid bill…
Every fear about tomorrow…
Every pressure to provide…
Every anxiety about security…
Transforming into dark leaves.
One by one…
The wind gently carries them away.
You do not chase them.
You simply watch them disappear.
…
Now a brilliant golden light begins flowing into your liver.
Every liver cell becomes illuminated.
Your liver no longer feels urgency.
It no longer feels famine.
It no longer feels emergency.
Instead…
Every cell begins hearing a new message.
“There is enough.”
Again…
“I am supported.”
Again…
“My life is sustained.”
Again…
“Provision flows effortlessly through creation.”
Feel those words reaching every cell.
…
Now imagine yourself one year from today.
Living peacefully.
Working with joy.
Receiving with gratitude.
Giving without fear.
You notice that abundance is no longer measured only by money.
Abundance is health.
Friendship.
Purpose.
Peace.
Family.
Faith.
Breath.
Time.
Love.
And all of it is already present.
…
Now place one hand over your liver.
The other over your heart.
Feel them becoming connected.
Your heart whispers…
“Trust.”
Your liver replies…
“I can rest now.”
Again…
Heart…
“Trust.”
Liver…
“I can rest now.”
…
Now repeat slowly…
“As Above…”
“…So Below.”
“Abundance Above…”
“…Abundance Below.”
“Peace Above…”
“…Peace Below.”
“Trust Above…”
“…Trust Below.”
“Provision Above…”
“…Provision Below.”
…
Now silently affirm…
I release the fear of starvation.
I release the burden of carrying life alone.
I choose trust over survival.
I choose gratitude over scarcity.
My Creator is my Provider.
My body no longer needs to prepare for famine.
I receive life with an open heart.
…
Take one final deep breath.
Feel gratitude flowing through every organ.
Into your liver.
Into your blood.
Into every cell.
Know that each time life presents uncertainty…
You now have a different response.
Not fear…
But trust.
Not scarcity…
But gratitude.
Not survival…
But surrender.
Slowly become aware of your surroundings.
Move your fingers.
Move your toes.
When you are ready…
Open your eyes.
Carry this peace with you.
Remember:
When the conflict of scarcity dissolves in the mind and heart, the body is invited to return to balance.
